The primary suite is spacious with room for seating areas and has access to a second terrace. The primary bathroom has a separate bathtub and shower, two sinks and a walk-in closet with built-in cabinets and storage space. The study, or second living room, on this level has access to the same terrace that connects to the primary suite.

Upstairs, there are three guest bedrooms with en suite bathrooms. A large game room has a wet bar complete with a dishwasher and a small burner and space for multiple seating areas. There is also a media room and a powder bathroom. The wine room with storage for 2,200 bottles is also on this level.

Both levels of the home are accessible from an elevator or a staircase.

3505 Turtle Creek Blvd., Unit 18C, is listed for $6,500,000. Crews said the unit could also be leased fully furnished for $35,000 per month.
