What began as a dream and a desire turned into the extremely ideal of times – and the worst of times. Scott and Melanie Rutman poured more than a year of their life into constructing their dream property in Decorah, only to locate they were being on the move shortly following completion in July 2019.  The household was created in the Bruening addition on Walnut Avenue in Decorah.
