Veteran camps in garden after Insch council house ceiling collapses
A council tenant who suffers from PTSD camped in his back garden in sub-zero temperatures after his ceiling collapsed just days ahead of Christmas. Michael Bardill moved into the assets in Insch 6 months in the past, and has put in some of his personal savings making it his have.
