This weekend, Sept. 17 and 18, the House Builders Affiliation of Bigger Tulsa will host its 22nd once-a-year Property Transforming Showcase. Offered by the Remodelers Council of the HBA, the event gives attendees the chance to tour seven houses transformed by builders across Tulsa. The homes highlighted in the Household Transforming Showcase, located in midtown and south Tulsa, are 2811 E. 44th Court, 2845 S. Florence Ave., 16744 E. 48th St., 11018 S. Toledo Ave., 1719 S. 94th East Ave., 2962 E. 45th Area and 3127 S. Boston Courtroom.
