ECHO offers lease incentives to real estate agents for placing homeless tenants

Austin’s Ending Local community Homelessness Coalition, recognised as ECHO, has introduced its new Realtor Incentive Program, which delivers a sliding scale of incentives for securing industry-charge lease agreements for ECHO-referred tenants enrolled in supportive assistance packages.
